Terms of service/blacklist!
-When you ask me for a commission, please make sure you have money immediately available, or you be able to pay between two-three days. I only accept forms of payment via PayPal, in USD currency. Upon special exception I will accept DeviantArt Points for payment. I will not start on your commission until I am paid. If you do NOT pay on the allotted days, you will not be on my commission list and I will not start on your commission.-The limit of commissions will be at (per person) a maximum of two art pieces. Do not ask me to do 4-5 items/services at one time. I am not a machine, I am human and I cannot take all of that on no matter how much I am being paid. You’ll be rejected immediately.-IMPORTANT: Art can take me a good chunk of time! I am Disabled and suffer with Chronic Fatigue/Pain. Please refrain from rushing me as that can cause a decline in my health. You will be updated consistently when progress is made or with reasons progress has yet to be made! If you chose to still pester/rush me, I have every right to scrap your commission and refund you as I do not need added stress.-If there is something you want to edit between the lining or coloring process, you are allowed up to two changes before I start charging you extra for additional changes (Approximately $2-$3 USD). PLEASE make sure what you want to change is clear and concise.-If you want me to draw your character, you MUST have a clear reference of your character. I have had cases in the past where a customer always gave me pixelated pictures that I could hardly see and expected me to make everything perfect. That is unfair to me, I can’t strain my eyes and I should not have to squint my eyes to see that “yes that is indeed a pony”. If you come to me with a horrible quality picture I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR COMMISSION.-If you owe me money from past commissions and it is an ongoing problem to where you still have not payed me that money, you will be added to my blacklist. I will also reject your future commissions if you attempt to be excessive on nitpicking on details, power playing me, pressuring me, or any other provocative action I deem without proper reason, and you will be refunded your payment.-After I do your sketch, and you are fully satisfied with it, you cannot request a refund. There may be special situations that will allow refund of your payment.-Do not attempt to haggle for a lower price, or your commission will be rejected. I am allowed to reject any commission request that I feel like I do not want to do/makes me uncomfortable. Please respect this and understand my side.-All of my work WILL have my watermark on it and it will NOT be removed. You may not have the source file to your commission (the Clip or Photoshop file, etc.) That creates an attack vector, causing vulnerability to piracy. If changes are necessary, please request for the changes. The source file will not be given, under any circumstances.-I am a SFW artist so all NSFW requests will be denied. Do not attempt to pressure me into drawing NSFW as it makes me uncomfortable.-If you have bought a character from me (whether it be an adopt of custom) OR I have given this character to you from a trade or request/gift, you are NOT allowed to sell them for more then what you got them for unless they have more art. Please do not buy adopts from me (or try not to) if you do not feel a full connection with them, or you feel like you don't want to draw/use them too much. This causes people who get these adopts/customs from me to sell them a week or few months later. It's not a huge rule, but it is sort of disrespectful and at times heartbreaking for an artist to see this action. Please try not to do this, or I would be forced to no longer sell you adopts/customs.-Here are some examples if you did not get any extra art for them.-Paid: Sell them for what you paid for them. Ask me if needed.-Traded: Ask for art in return, no points or money(or really any currency, including in game currency for consoles or pc,etc. No physical item trade for them ether such as figures, games, anything physical.)-Gifted: You are not allowed to sell or trade of any kind, however you can give them to a friend or anyone you choose.DO NOT ASK ME FOR FREE THINGS UNLESS YOU ARE A CLOSE FRIEND. PLEASE DO NOT BECOME MY FRIEND /JUST/ TO GET FREE ART.If you cannot contact me on Instagram, Deviantart, or Twitter, please email me at [email protected] as emails go straight to my phone and I will then contact you when and if I can. If I haven't responded to your email in 3-5 days, please message me again! There's a high chance your email went to spam! (Dumb Gmail!)By Commissioning/Adopting from me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service!
